Women's Retreat

I realize that my blog mainly revolves around Nathaniel, but not this one! Last weekend I was blessed by going on a women's retreat with my church. We had a wonderful time at The Wellspring Bed and Breakfast in Round Top. If you have never been there it is a must! They have great comfy accomodations and the owners are the sweetest people. Not to mention the breakfast in the morning was so scrumdidlyumptious! We headed out in the evening and took a tour of the beautiful place when we arrived. We had a great time talking and staying up late. The next morning we woke up and sat on the lovely rocking chairs on the porch. It was a chilly morning and the owners brought hot coffee and hot chocolate out to us in cute little cups. It was so devine! We felt very spoiled! We had a wonderful devotional time followed by some quiet time with God. It was a great time to reflect on God and take a break from our busy lives! We enjoyed the afternoon on the property then headed to town to do some browsing in the shops. Some of us bought some yummy fudge to share with our hubbies. We had a tastey lunch back at the B&B and took lots of pictures. Then we headed home! I'm so thankful I was able to go and thankful for Lesh and my mom-n-love for watching Nathaniel while I was gone! It was so refreshing!
