Nathaniel turned 2 on the 27th and we had his party with family on Saturday at our home. Nathaniel has had a fun birthday week celebrating. On Thursday when he woke up we sang Happy Birthday to him and then Lesh made Nathaniel a train pancake that he just loved! He ate two train pancakes with jelly. Then we gave his brithday gift.
Several months ago a neighbor moved and put an old gator outside in the trash. Lesh got it and said he could rebuild it and fix it up for Nathaniel's second birthday, so he did!! It looks brand new and Nathaniel loves it!! The rest of the day was low key and we went to the park to play for a while.
On Saturday we had all our family come over for lunch and cupcakes. Nathaniel wanted to open presents as people came in so we did let him open one and he played with it the whole time. Enough typing you can see for your self!
He was so excited about the gator. Lesh did such a good job rebuilding it!

This was such a sweet gift. I tried hard to fight back the tears. It's a book that has your voice recorded reading the book. Nana got this book for Nathaniel. She loves to read him books so this was so special!!
